Note:
This calculator helps determine the Crane Capacity Index (CCI), which is a measure of crane performance based on key parameters.
The calculation considers three main parameters:
- Radius: The horizontal distance from the crane's center to the load. A larger radius means the crane has to work harder to lift the load efficiently.
The first radius is the minimum radius, then every 5m, till maximum radius.
For the LTM1100-5.2 the used radius are: 3.5; 5.0; 10.0; 15.0; 20.0; 25.0; 30.0; 35.0;40.0; 43.6
- Lifting Height: The vertical height the load is lifted. This affects the crane’s stability and performance as greater heights may require adjustments in lifting technique.
- Lifting Capacity: The maximum weight the crane can lift under specific conditions. This depends on the crane model, counterweights, and boom configuration.
The Crane Capacity Index (CCI) provides a standard way to evaluate crane capability by combining these three parameters into a single value.
Enter these values and click the Calculate CCI button to determine the crane's capability.
